Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or using the services of Black Lotus Signs ("we," "us," or "our"). By doing business with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. An estimate does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only after we receive written approval and any required deposit.
Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or additional customer requests made after the estimate is issued.
We require a deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion prior to pickup or installation, unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts past due may be subject to late fees and collection action.
We will provide a digital proof for approval before production. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for errors, including spelling, colors, sizes, and layout. Production will not begin until written approval is received.
By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for the content. We are not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof. Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and delays.
Artwork supplied by the customer must meet our file requirements (vector format preferred). We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted files provided by the customer.
By supplying artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all elements within the design and that the artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin after proof approval and receipt of deposit. We are not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. Contact us to confirm availability.
When installation is included in your order, the customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible, prepared, and that all necessary permits have been obtained. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from unprepared sites.
We are not liable for damage to surfaces or substrates caused by the removal of signs or graphics installed by others, or where pre-existing surface conditions were inadequate.
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof.
Order cancellations must be made in writing before production begins. If production has already started, the deposit is non-refundable and the customer may be responsible for additional costs incurred.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in materials or production is identified within 30 days of pickup or installation, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
We are not liable for fading, damage, or deterioration caused by exposure to weather, UV light, improper care, vandalism, or use beyond the intended application of the product.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original amount paid for the order in question.
We retain the right to photograph finished work and use images of completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing prior to production.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled in Sevier County, Utah.
